  • If your profile aligns with our needs, we will reach out to schedule an interview.

  • We believe in "trying on" the relationship. Successful candidates will enter a two-month trial and training period.

  • During the two month period and at the end of it, we will evaluate our mutual fit and compatibility.

  • Once the evaluation is complete and successful, you will be formally welcomed into the KGC Inc. family.
